Exchange from e-ticket voucher towards rail ticket (Check In):
After having booked a 9B segment in GDS, traveler needs to present in both directions a valid e-ticket(*), max. 1 day before day of departure of the 9B segment at the ticket counter in one of following stations in order to be checked in and have a train ticket:

• Holland: Schiphol Airport
• Belgium: Brussel-Zuid, Brussel-Centraal, Brussel-Noord, Antwerpen-Centraal, Luik-Guillemins, Aalst, Aarlen, Antwerpen-Berchem, Bergen, Brugge, Brussel-Luxemburg, Brussel-Nationaal-Luchthaven, Brussel-Schuman, Charleroi-Sud, Kortrijk, Denderleeuw, Doornik, Eigenbrakel, Eupen, Gent-Dampoort, Gent-Sint-Pieters, Gembloers, Hasselt, Herentals, Hoei, Knokke,  Leuven, Libramont, Lier, Louvain-la-Neuve Universite, Mechelen, Namen, Oostende, Ottignies, Sint-Niklaas, Turnhout, Verviers-Centraal, Vilvoorde, Waterloo.

Rail Ticket Validity

The Rail Ticket will be valid from any Belgian Station towards Schiphol and vv. Tickets will be valid for two days. After the rail ticket has been issued, no changes nor cancellation nor refund will be authorized (It will be considered as FLOWN).

If a traveler does not present a valid e-ticket(*) at the ticket counter, he will need to buy a rail ticket.

(*) A valid e-ticket contains at least following information:

• Traveller name and first name
• Travel Date
• Route, including at least one 9B segment from ZWY/ZYR/ZWE – AMS or vv.
• E-ticket number from an airline on which both Accesrail & SNCB/NS agreed on.

• It is very easy: display schedules from/ to Amsterdam Schiphol  AMS to ZWY (any Belgian Station) and v.v.

Booking Classes available on NS trains:

• M- Standard Class
• C - First Class

Book the desired product and build the PNR as you would for any other airline - add passenger name, ticketing time limit, store the fare, etc.

Please note that AccesRail Belgium Pass is not valid on Thalys trains.



*ZWY - means "ANY STATION BELGIUM" and it is IATA city code for any Belgia Rail's railway station. If schedule for specific city is not provided through GDS, agents can book a ticket from/to ZWY to AMS and it will be valid on any train from the airports to any city in Belgium, for the date of the segment.
