Eurail Global Pass
The Eurail Global Pass entitles the client to unlimited rail travel in 18 European countries: Austria including Liechtenstein, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France including Monaco, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, including some major shipping lines.
Eurail passes are available to permanent residents of any country except those of Europe, the Russian Federation, Turkey, Morocco, Algeria or Tunisia.
Eurail passes are strictly personal and non-transferable. Presentation of passport or passport-replacing travel document is compulsory upon request by railway staff.
Validities:
15 days, 21 days, 1 month, 2 months, 3 months (continuous days or months), travel on any or all of the days of the pass. Always in 1st class, children under 4 are free of charge and children from 4 to 11 are half the adult fare.
Eurail Global Pass Youth
Available for travelers under 26 (travelers must be under 26 on the first day of validity of the pass) available in second class only. No special reduction for children.
Eurail Global Flexi Pass
Allows the traveler to start and stop traveling whenever he or she
wishes over a 2-month period, and to travel on consecutive or
non-consecutive days.
Validities:
10 or 15 days within 2 months
Travel days may be used consecutively or non-consecutively always in 1st class
Children under 4 - free of charge
Children 4-11 half the adult fare
Eurail Global Flexi Pass Youth:
Available for passengers under 26 only (passengers must be under 26 on
the first day of validity of the pass). Second class travel.
Eurail Select Pass
Unlimited rail travel always in 1st class in 3, 4 or 5 European
countries to be chosen by the traveler. Countries must be adjoining.
Children under 4 travel for free. Children 4-11 pay half adult fare.
Validities:
3 or 4 countries: 5, 6, 8 and 10 days within 2 months
5 countries: 5, 6, 8, 10 and 15 days within 2 months
Travel days may be used consecutively or non-consecutively.

Eurail Select Pass Youth:
Available for persons under 26 (traveler must be under 26 on the first
day of validity of the pass). Available for second class travel only.
No special reduction for children.
*** Please be aware that in Europe the traveler cannot change the
validity of his Eurail pass, neither the number of travel days nor the
countries nor the number of countries chosen.
Adjoining countries for Select Pass:
3, 4 or 5 countries can be
chosen out of 23 countries. Selected countries have to be connected by train or
ship; this means that 2 countries with Eurail agreements must be linked by a
direct train or shipping line (not through another country).

Book the desired product and build the PNR as you would for any other airline -
add passenger name, ticketing time limit, store the fare, etc. When you end and
retrieve the PNR, the segments will be confirmed and you will see a new OSI
line advising you to fax a copy of the flight coupons to AccesRail's toll free
number. Minimum advance purchase period is 7 days before the first travel date.
Note that in order to price a segment, it has to be already confirmed. Before
printing the ticket, make sure that you have booked the correct train number
and corresponding booking class. The product name and the validity will be
entered in the endorsement box. You will notice that the ticket is endorsed as
"not valid for travel". The actual travel documents will be delivered
to your agency via courier. Before the shipment, AccesRail has to receive a
copy of the ATB/OPTAT ticket. The produced ticket has to be faxed to
AccesRail's toll free fax number 1-877-625-4100. The exact delivery address,
contact person and telephone number must be written on the
fax.
All travel documents provided by AccesRail will be stapled in product
corresponding ticket jackets without which the passes will not be accepted in Europe. You will also receive brochures and/or travel
guides. Shipping and handling fees are included in the price of the products.
All payments have to be made through ARC. Please keep ATB/OPTAT tickets, in
case of refund. Refunds cannot be processed through ARC. In order to request
refund please contact directly AccesRail.
