The train is a major part of everyday life for the Belgians. In 2004, more than 170 million travellers chose the train to go to their work, to join a European capital and to make the most of their leisure time and their holidays. At same time, more than 55 million tons of goods were transported by SNCB. These impressive figures represent a major responsibility for Group SNCB: all with the goal to make each customer into a satisfied customer.
