Please note that only international routes are available for booking. ICE only serves Frankfurt Airport. The ticket is valid for the specific service listed and in the event of disruption or delay it will be accepted on the next available service.

How to book it

Travel agents/airline ticket offices book the rail sector to/from the selected stations along the Brussels – Frankfurt route.

PS: All ICE schedules are filed with restriction (n) allowing ICE schedules only to show up in connection to an international flight.

AccesRail replies to the booking that includes ICE Brussels – Frankfurt segment indicating the need to check-in within 72 hours before departure of the rail segment at check-in.accesrail.com to retrieve their train ticket.

The GDS will appear as per applicable GDS.

SSR CTCE:

When issuing on 9B/450 plate please use “ SSR CTCE” format at the booking time in order to communicate PAX email address to 9B so that 9B could send an email 72 hours to departure reminding passenger about compulsory check-in on accesrail.com.

Groups

No group bookings allowed. Up to 5 passengers with unique names can be issued on the same PNR.

Check-in

As instructed during the booking process, passengers can visit check-in.accesrail.com and check-in maximum 72 hours before departure.

Check-in



  • Passenger visits check-in.accesrail.com within 72 hours prior to departure.

  •  


  • Passengers need to enter his/her first and last name and one of the following: Airline electronic ticket number (13 digit) or Airline PNR locator.



  • Passenger prints the travel document, which is required for boarding.

 

Passengers can also check in with customer service agents at the AirRail desk located at stations where the InterCity Brussels – Amsterdam have regular stops.
