NTV/Italo E-Tickets
Notice
At the time of check-in on accesrail.com the passenger must print their NTV/Italo ticket (boarding pass), as without their printed NTV/Italo ticket they will not be able to board the train. It is important to note that printing NTV/Italo tickets at the train station is not an option.

Auto Cancellation of Booking
- If booking not ticketed 36 hours before departure, the booking will be auto cancelled. Booking is not possible within 5 days to departure. Bookings can be confirmed 5-365 days in advance, based on availability.
Discounts
Infants do not need a ticket if they do not require a seat. If a seat is required then an Adult fare will be issued.
Reduced fares for infants and children:
- N/A. Adult fare only. Scheduled train departure time (indicated on the boarding pass).
Groups
- No group bookings allowed. Up to 4 passengers with unique names can be issued on the same PNR.

Refunds
After train departure NTV/Italo tickets are 100% non refundable; prior to departure penalties apply according to the tariff rules.
Check-in
Earliest 72 hours before train departure, the passenger will have to check-in at www.accesrail.com to print the NTV E-ticket boarding pass or download the e-ticket to their mobile phone, which includes their seat reservation.

Passenger enters his/her first and last name and one of the following: PNR Locator or; e-ticket number.

Passenger prints the travel document or downloads the e-ticket to their mobile phone, which is required for boarding.
Italo Ticket
The issued travel documents include a Italo Train Ticket, as seen below, and a page containing information on connections between airports and train stations.
Period of Validity
- Scheduled train departure time (indicated on the boarding pass).
Seat reservations
An assigned seat is included in the printed boarding pass after the passenger check-in.
Baggage policy
Baggage is included in the ticket price. While there is no limit on the amount of baggage you take on board, it should be kept in mind that there is limited space available on a train.
Airport Transfers
Transfers from the airport to the train station are not included in the price of the ticket.
There are many ways to connect from the airport to the train station but we recommend taking the train to avoid delays such as traffic or construction. The connection between the airport and train station is not included in the price of the ticket.
How to connect between Rome Fiumicino Airport and Rome Termini Station:
- The Leonardo Express Airport Train is the fastest and most reliable way to get to Rome Termini Station. The train station is a 5-10-minute walk from each terminal and is clearly marked with blue overhead signs of a train. There is a ticket office and ticket machines that accept cash or credit cards. A single adult fare will cost €14.
- You must validate your ticket before boarding the train. Validating machines are near the platforms.
- It departs every 30 minutes with a journey time of 32 minutes.
- From the Fiumicino Airport, the first train departs at 6:23 and the last one at 23:23.
How to connect between Milan Malpensa Airport and Milan Central Station:
- The Malpensa Express is located in the Malpensa Airport in Terminal 1 on level 1. There are ticket offices and ticket machines located at the terminal. A single adult fare will cost €13. Cash and credit cards are accepted.
- You must validate your ticket before boarding the train. Validating machines are near the platforms.
- It runs at every 25 and 55-minute mark.
- The first train departs at 5:25 and the last one at 23:25.
Note: It is your responsibility to allot enough time to make the connection to your flight or train departure.
