Part of this interoperable ticket includes a Leonardo Express ticket to enable passengers to travel between Fiumicino Airport (FCO) and Roma Termini train station. The passenger must change trains at Roma Termini train station.

Part of this interoperable ticket includes a Malpensa Express ticket to enable passengers to travel between Malpensa Airport (MXP) and Milano Centrale train station. The passenger must change trains at Milano Centrale train station.

When issuing on 9B/450 plate please use “ SSR CTCE” format at the booking time in order to communicate PAX email address to 9B so that 9B could send an email 72 hours to departure reminding passenger about compulsory check-in on accesrail.com.

Groups
- No group bookings allowed. Up to 9 passengers with unique names can be issued on the same PNR.
Check-in
Earliest 72 hours before train departure, the passenger will have to check-in at www.accesrail.com to print or download their Italo boarding pass to their mobile phone, which includes their seat reservation.

Passenger prints the travel document or downloads the e-ticket to their mobile phone, which is required for boarding.
Travel Document
The issued travel documents for a direct service includes a Italo travel document, as seen below.

- Scheduled train departure time (indicated on the boarding pass).
Baggage policy
Italo luggage rules apply. It is the passenger’s responsibility to collect their checked bags from the airport and carry them to their respective train and vice-versa. Customer is responsible for their own baggage during the train journey.
Airport Transfers
Bookings from Fiumicino Airport to destinations other than the destinations with direct connection will require a change of train in Rome Termini. Leonardo Express service between Rome Fiumicino Airport and Rome Termini will be booked together with the connecting service and the passenger will receive two tickets, one for the Leonardo service and one for the high-speed service out of Roma Termini.
How to get to Leonardo Express train at Fiumicino Airport:
- The Leonardo Express Airport Train is the fastest and most reliable way to get to Rome Termini Station. The train station is a 5-10-minute walk from each terminal and is clearly marked with blue overhead signs of a train.
- The Home printed ticket is already validated and is valid 24 hours from the departure time written on the ticket.
Use the barcode on the Leonardo Express ticket to access the platform at Fiumicino Airport - Leonardo Express departs every 15minutes with a journey time of 32 minutes.
- From the Fiumicino Airport, the first train departs at 6:23 and the last one at 23:23.

Bookings from Malpensa Airport to destinations other than the destinations with direct connection will require a change of train in Rome Termini. Malpensa Express service between Malpensa Airport and Milano Centrale will be booked together with the connecting service and the passenger will receive two tickets, one for the Malpensa Express service and one for the high-speed service out of Milano Centrale.

- The Malpensa Express is the fastest and most reliable way to get to Milano Centrale Station. The train station is a 5-10 minute walk from T1 or T2 terminal and is clearly marked with overhead signs of a train.
- The Home printed ticket is already validated and is valid 24 hours from the departure time written on the ticket.
Use the barcode on the Malpensa Express ticket to access the platform at Milano Centrale or Malpensa Airport - Malpensa Express departs every 30 minutes with a journey time of 52 minutes.
- From Malpensa Airport, the first train departs at 5:37 and the last one at 23:25.
Trains from Milan Malpensa Airport to Milan Centrale cover the 25 miles (40 km) long route taking on average 52 min with our travel partners like Malpensa Express or Trenord. Normally, there are 32 trains operating per day, including direct services available.
- From Milano Centrale to MXP T1-T2, the Malpensa Express runs from 5:25 a.m. to 11:25 p.m. every 30 minutes, with intermediate stops at Milano Porta Garibaldi, Milano Bovisa Politecnico, Saronno, Rescaldina, Castellanza, Busto Arsizio, and Ferno/Lonate P.
- From MXP T1-T2 to Milano Centrale, the Malpensa Express runs from 5:37 a.m. to 10:37 p.m. every 30 minutes, with intermediate stops at Ferno/Lonate P., Busto Arsizio, Castellanza, Rescaldina, Saronno, Milano Bovisa Politecnico, Milano Porta Garibaldi.

FAQ
What if the passenger misses their train connection?
If an interline passenger miss connection with the Italo service, the ticket will be valid on a later service, and seat allocation will be given by the train manager.
