Auto Cancellation of Booking

• In case of flight delays and missed connection, upon arrival at the airport, HK Airport Direct
  will accommodate the passenger on the next available bus.

Refunds

• Before departure: Passenger should contact their Point of Sale.
• After departure or once checked-in: Non-refundable

Check-in

Earliest 72 hours before train departure, the passenger must check in at check-in.accesrail.com to print or download their exchange voucher, which includes their seat reservation.

Check-in

• Passenger visits check-in.accesrail.com within 72 hours prior to departure.
• Passenger enters first and last name and either PNR Locator or e-ticket number.
• Passenger prints the travel document, required for boarding.

Online Booking Confirmation Letter

• Passengers must complete check-in at least 72 hours before departure.
• After check-in, they can download the travel document (Booking Confirmation Letter).
• This document and passport must be presented at HK Airport Service Desk (HK or Macau) to receive boarding ticket.
• Valid passenger identification required at exchange.

  Customers must arrive ≥30 mins before bus departure.
