Auto Cancellation of Booking

  • If booking not ticketed 36 hours before departure, the booking will be auto cancelled.

Discounts

  • Infants do not need a ticket if they do not require a seat. If a seat is required then an Adult
    fare will be issued.
  • Reduced fares for infants and children:
    N/A. Adult fare only.

Groups

No group bookings allowed. Up to 9 passengers with unique names can be issued on
the same PNR.

SSR CTCE:

When issuing on 9B/450 plate please use “ SSR CTCE” format at the booking time in order to communicate PAX email address to 9B so that 9B could send an email 72 hours to departure reminding passenger about compulsory check-in on accesrail.com.

Refunds:

Brightline tickets canceled more than 30 minutes prior to their scheduled train departure are refundable with a 15% penalty. Cancellations made within 30 minutes of scheduled departure will cancel the entire reservation and are non-refundable.
Checked-in tickets are non-refundable.

Check-in

Earliest 72 hours before train departure, the passenger will have to check-in at www.accesrail.com to print the Virgin Trains USA E-ticket boarding pass or download the e-ticket to their mobile phone, which includes their seat reservation.

The passenger should arrive at the station at least 30 minutes prior to departure.

Check-in



  • Passenger visits check-in.accesrail.com within 72 hours prior to departure.



  • Passenger enters his/her first and last name and one of the following: PNR Locator or; e-ticket number.



  • Passenger prints the travel document, which is required for boarding.

 

 

 

Virgin Trains USA Ticket

The issued travel documents include a Virgin Trains USA Ticket along with a Lyft Code, as seen below, and a page containing information on connections between airports and train stations.

 

Period of Validity

  • Scheduled train departure time (indicated on the boarding pass)

Seat reservations

An assigned seat is included in the printed boarding pass after the passenger check-in

Baggage policy

Carry-on Items
Up to two (2) carry-on items per passenger are allowed on board our trains, subject to space availability. Each item must not exceed 40 lbs. (18 kg) in weight and 28″ x 22″ x 14″ (71 x 56 x 35 cm) in exterior dimensions. Items must fit comfortably within the overhead luggage area, under the seat or in the luggage tower available in each train coach. Items may not be stored in empty seats, aisles, vestibules or other areas where they present a safety hazard or cause annoyance to other passengers. We will determine in its sole discretion which items may impact the safety, well-being or comfort of other passengers and reserves the right to move or deny the storage of any item.

Additional small personal items needed for the duration of the trip may be carried on the train and will not count toward the carry-on allowance. Such items include but are not limited to:

  • Required medical devices and containers
  • Pillows, blankets and outer garments
  • Small briefcases and purses
  • Umbrellas
  • Non-alcoholic liquids and food

To Miami International Airport:

    From Virgin MiamiCentral Station

    1. Rideshare (recommended) – all Brightline reservations come with $5 Lyft credit
      There are two designated pick-up/drop-off locations once you exit the station.
    2. Public Transit

To Fort Lauderdale – Hollywood International Airport:

    • From Brightline Fort Lauderdale Station
    You can arrive to Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport:

    1. Using Ride Share (recommended) – all Brightline reservations come with $5 Lyft credit
      There is a pick-up/drop-off location in front of the station. FLL airport is located 8 to 10 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale Brightline station.
    2. Using Public Transit

To Palm Beach International Airport

    From Brightline West Palm Beach Station

    1. Ride Share (recommended) – all Brightline reservations come with $5 Lyft credit
      There is a pick-up/drop-off location in front of the station. WPB airport is located 10 minutes from the West Palm Beach Brightline station.
    2. Public Transit

To Port Miami:

    • From Virgin MiamiCentral

      • Ride Share (recommended) – all Brightline reservations come with $5 Lyft credit
    • There is a pick-up/drop-off location in front of the station. Port Miami is located 10 minutes from Virgin MiamiCentral Brightline station.

To Port Everglades:

    • From Brightline Fort Lauderdale Station

      • Ride Share (recommended) – all Brightline reservations come with $5 Lyft credit
    • There is a pick-up/drop-off location in front of the station. Port Everglades is located 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Brightline station.

FAQ

What if the passenger misses their train connection?
If a customer misses their train, they will be accommodated by visiting the Virgin Trains USA Service Desk. However, the same class of service is not guaranteed in such cases.
